This award honors the legacy of Betty J. Evans, a beloved school cook and devoted supporter of Hamilton Local Schools for more than 15 years. Betty's impact reached far beyond the kitchen... She nurtured students with care and pride, witnessing all five of her children, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, graduate from Hamilton Township High School. This $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior who exemplifies a desire to serve and plans to continue their education through college or trade school.
